Daniel's customer service is brilliant. He took the time to advise on the best tiles and adhesives for the job. The work was completed to a high standard, and he even came back upon my request to touch up the plug sockets even though I would have been able myself. Equally as important is his communication and reliability as he doesn't leave you waiting for a response for days and he arrives when he says he will; everything you want in a tradesperson!
